1, Core technical features

The T6 and T7 series share the following core design, which is the cornerstone of their high performance:
1. Dual Metal Port Plates:
·This is the signature technology of the Denison vane pump. The oil distribution plate is composed of a steel substrate and a sintered bronze friction surface composite.
·Advantages: The bronze layer provides excellent wear resistance and anti bite ability, greatly improving wear resistance and service life under high pressure and high speed, and can better cope with oil pollution.
2. Hydraulic Balanced Floating Sideplates:
·The side plate automatically presses against the rotor end face under the action of hydraulic pressure, and its clamping force is proportional to the system pressure.
·Advantages: Automatic compensation for wear clearance ensures extremely high volumetric efficiency under high pressure, while avoiding excessive wear and efficiency loss caused by excessive clamping force under low pressure.
3. Double acting quantitative/variable blade design:
·The bottom of the blade is always filled with pressure oil, ensuring that the blade can tightly adhere to the inner surface of the stator during high-speed rotation, providing good lubrication and sealing even at low speeds and high pressures.
4. Powerful bearing design:
·The use of large heavy-duty bearings to withstand high loads ensures the long service life and reliability of the pump.

2, Product type and control method
Both T6 and T7 series offer multiple control forms to meet the needs of different systems:
·Fixed displacement pump: constant output flow rate. For example, the T6F series.
·Variable Displacement: The output flow can be automatically or manually adjusted according to system requirements, with significant energy-saving effects. Common types include:
·Pressure Compensated - PC: The most common form. After reaching the preset pressure, the pump automatically reduces the output flow to almost zero, only maintaining the pressure, thereby saving energy and reducing heat generation. For example, T6C and T7C series.
·Load Sensing - LS: A more advanced control method. The output flow rate of the pump is only related to the demand of the actuator, independent of the system pressure, and has extremely high efficiency. For example, T6D and T7D series.
·Tandem Pumps configuration: It is possible to combine a variable pump and a quantitative pump (or two variable pumps) in one housing, driven by the same shaft. This saves space and provides a power source for complex multi loop systems. For example, T6E and T7E series.
